I purchased my phone from Samsung smart cafe Store, I have doubt that this is refurbished phone ,but I can't identify, Samsung must give any tool or application to identify refurbished Samsung phone like iPhone, iPhone gives 3 u tools software to identify refurbished phone,

 on phone info plus app, the phone is showing refurbished, is this app really recognise the refurbished phone? I don't know

I bought a soundbar Q600B from their shop. 1year old item received and at the time of installation, it's found that wall mounting brackets were already fixed to the Soundbar. Even then Samsung claims that it's a brand-new item ...no tampering...fraud people

As per Samsung Shop customer care lady, suppose she goes to a car dealer and he offers a 1year old car,if the model and features are same, then she will accept it seems. Like that customer should accept 1year old junk from samsung. What an idea!! 😅
No body should ask , why didn't they sell it for the last 1year😡

How did they supply a product with wall mounting clamps prefixed ....no answer...service engineer also says genuine product...but he couldn't explain this phenomenon. But customer must believe it's a brand-new item ,not tampered..and Samsung don't entertain return, exchange or refund...that's our policy...

You may Google about this. Some apps are available but note sure if they work. Phoneinfo+ app seems to be a paid app.

This app is showing that phone is refurbished ,but this app is not able to find out serial number of my phone
