Recently, I purchased a Samsung S24 device from an authorized Samsung store, but unfortunately, I have encountered several technical issues within a short span of time. These issues include overheating, network connectivity problems, and a significantly faster battery drain compared to other smartphones, even non-flagship models.

In light of these persistent problems, I kindly request either a refund for the S24 or a replacement with an alternative device model, such as the S23 Ultra or the global variant of the S24. I would appreciate your guidance on the necessary steps and procedures to resolve this matter promptly..

Samsung, do this in the US or europe market, not in India. I sold my S24U with a 33k loss due to all these issues.

Hey, I'd rather have a refurbished product than a repair, even though my device is brand new and has a big problem. Have you done this before? If so, can you explain how the replacement process works?
