Galaxy SHere are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
- Adaptive Refresh R+C21:C22ate: Ensure that the adaptive refresh rate feature is enabled.
- Check Power Saving Mode, If power saving mode is enabled, it might limit the refresh rate to save battery. Disable power saving mode.
-Update Your Software: Ensure your device is running the latest software.
- Check for Third-Party App Interference.
- Safe Mode: Boot your device in Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is causing the issue. To enter Safe Mode:
Press and hold the Power button until the power off prompt appears.
Tap and hold the Power off icon until the Safe Mode option appears. Tap Safe Mode.
- In Safe Mode, only pre-installed apps will run. Check if the refresh rate problem persists. If not, an app you installed might be causing the issue.
- Reset All Settings: This will reset your device settings to default without deleting any data.
Go to Settings> General management > Reset > reset settings.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.
