No Beta now for your's device. Always a stable version update is better than the Beta version update. So please don't bothered about this issue now. You will be get One UI 8.0 stable version update soon maybe in few days in this month. You are so late to join beta in S25 series. You can't join beta program now. Wait for stable oneui8 update.

Keep an eye on beta programme under "discover" in members app. When slots open it will show. You can join. After joining go to settings > software update > download and install. One UI 8.0 Beta will get installed.
