Beta 2 will be available maybe in next few days in this month. No possibility to join in Beta 2. Always a stable version update is better than the Beta version update. So please don't bothered about this issue now. You will be get One UI 8.0 stable version update maybe in next quarter. Keep an eye on beta programme under "discover" in members app. When slots open it will show. You can join. After joining go to settings > software update > download and install. One UI 8.0 Beta will get installed.
