Recently started facing these problems

When I unplug the charger this "USB connector connected" keeps on popping on the notification pannel which causing unnecessary battery drainage and phone heating issue.

Can someone help me with these issues?

Is it any kind of software problem or any hardware problem? 

I really need a suggestion that what to do with this?

Clear data of host manager if possible
