During whatsapp video call, unable to switch to rear view camera from front camera mode. While, the rear camera is working with other apps. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and installed whatsapp again but the same issue persists. Could you please help. The call stucks on doing so.
Checked with whatsapp, it is not their issue, working with rest models only Samsung S series facing it.
Please fix it, it is one of the basic functionality. This happened recently.
Swiched from iphone to s24 plus, hoping now they have advanced but a simple glitch they could not fix. Its very disappointing. 🔥 Not using samsung again.
