Ram management issue S8

I am using S8.
I have a ram management issue.
My Ram is always full. it always shows only 400mb left. why there is a problem in S8. and sometimes phone S8 lags due to the ram full. And I don't have any multitasking app even though it shows 400mb left out of 4Gb Ram

Your phone doesn't lag because of RAM. In Android, higher the RAM usage, the better it is. Your applications reload quicker.
