Quick panel background issue in UI 7

I tried many times to change the Quick Panel's background color, but it remains a contrasting color. I tried using Good Lock, but nothing happened. Please fix this; I am unable to customize it.

Try changing the colour palette 🎨 , i.e. Turn Colour Palette off.

Go to settings > Wallpaper and Style > Colour Palette > (Turn off the Toggle switch).
