As per my opinion ,Theres 3 main reason behind it.
1)Android Own by Google it self & Google 1st issued the security upadte to theire Pixel phone ,to get advantage of fast security & OS update delivery & then it release for other phone manufacturer .
2) Pixel run on Stock Android while Samsung run on Custom Android with bulky customized skin. So, Samsung have to add on some bug fixes along with Security updates ,which is time taking for Samsung.
3) Samsung have more models in market then Pixel. Samsung some of model eligible for Monthly updates, some of quarterly updates & some of at every 6 months. So, its hard Samsung to push security updates to every model on time.
Its my personal opinion, it may vary from person to person. 😊

Bhai, yeh aadmi **bleep** hai. Har post pe comment karke "Accept as solution" ki bheekh mangta rehta hai. He simply copies other's solutions and pastes them here or sometimes without providing one he'll ask for that bheekh. Don't fall for him.
