Process System isn't responding.

Hi Friends, I am using galaxy S23+ and In my phone I am regularly encountering a popup like 'Process System isn't responding' can anyone please mention what is the cause and also please give me a solution to sort out this problem.

For every weird problem in samsung try restarting the phone...
It solves almost 90% of small problems
