Dear Team,

I am writing to inform you one major issue in s22 lineup which would be demolished your market. I am using the samsung product since more than 8 Years even I am with eco-friendly zone with samsung product because of your product never broken trust but sorry to say this time we are not getting support from side and samsung is not taking seriously this matter.
Many of the samsung s22 user phone went crash after the One UI 7.0 update in June Months in which my phone was also. I am mentioning the most of the queries which is post on community where you can see the same issue with all "System UI Not Responding", "Process Not Responding" etc.
They all including me are reached with service center and after software update issue is remain same. Surprising what your team are saying this is Hardware issue and we have to pay for motherboard which cost is around of a new phone.
Now please suggest whose mistake is here either our because we update with One UI 7.0 or we trust over the samsung.
This is request to you, at least regret for the such mistake which does happen through any software update and let it fix without any charges involvement instead of passing hypothesis than only people show consistency on product.
