Problem with my old smartphone S21

Help me friends, 

My old S21 mobile is not working, because it fell in sea water and all its internal parts were damaged. So I bought a new smartphone S24FE.

Damaged part name: motherboard, screen, battery etc. 

Friends, if anyone knows, please tell me how to extract data from my old phone. Im not able to getting my important data.

Dismantle it and get the motherboard out

Now desolder the storage chip from both the devices.

Also desolder knox chip from both devices
