Problem while connecting 5g network

Friends,
I have galaxyS21 which is 5g phone. But their is problem while connecting 5g network. Connection will lost after some times. Not stable 5g connection. I have another low budget smart phone which is poco m6 pro 5g phone. But it is very good 5g network and it will never lost. Stable for whenever your in good 5g network. But my galaxy S21 it will not stable. How it possible, I'm wondering and shocked hot it possible. One low budget smart phone will never lost connectivity but high budget will not work......!!
Obviously every person things why im purchased this kind of high budget smart phone. If good network connection captured in low budget smart phone.
I have already updated one ui 6.0 and android 14. But still problem same.

So, I request to samsung kindly look into the matter and solve this kind of problems. Who are facing the same problems. 

Kindly comments or give me the good solution.

Reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device one time without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots. Thanks.

I have done the reset setting.

I've face same problem with my S 21 fe .. you can fix it by switching your sim 1 to sim 2 slot and try to make calls or something ...after sometime put it back to sim 1 slot

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.

Kindly check the device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> network mode SIM1 or SIM2> Select network mode(set device network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.).

Check network operator settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks>Network operators> Select automatically> OK> Registered on the network.
Note: We recommend setting device network operators as automatically.

Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.
