Problem in quick panel after one UI 8

When I updated my phone(s24 ultra) to one UI 8, the quick panel became transparent, is it a feature or only in my phone?

Yea they changed how blur and transparency works in OneUI 8

Try to enable :reduce transparency and blur in vision enhancement and check

Why should i try? It is default and i love this new transperancy

I guess the setting finally does what it says: "reduce transparency", while previously it removed it.

This must be a bug because I can't see how the mess (when said setting enabled) would be good for visually impaired users. After all this setting is under accessibility settings.
