Problem in quick panel after one UI 8

When I updated my phone(s24 ultra) to one UI 8, the quick panel became transparent, is it a feature or only in my phone?

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Vision enhancement and untick reduce transparency and blur

That was enabled even before I updated the phone, so that's not the problem

You have to disable it its disabled by default
