Prime video/Netflix not supporting 4k in S22 ultra

Unable to get my ott apps to play 4k videos ..tried uninstalling the apps,clearing cache and relogin..has anyone faced this issue in s22 ultra and found a way around?..

The Device Support 4k Hdr10+ content but OTT apps on mobile doesn't support this. That's why this error shows.

On mobile in Prime only FHD 1080p is available and on Netflix Hdr10 hevc available.

Thanks for clarifying..There should be some reason for OTT apps not to do this given mobile viewership is higher...

S22 Ultra's Display is 2K.
Only SONY Phone comes with 4K Display.

I am having the same problem. When I reset my ott apps like netflix or Prime, it runs fine for a few days, and then again, the same problem, i don't know why, but It won't play higher resolution, even though i have premium subscriptions. I am not going to reset apps every time again and again. it's so annoying.
