As we know, all the countries of round 2 got the OneUI beta over last 2 days including China leaving only India.

However, the version that they got the update of (ZRKL) (Pie Beta 2) seems to be having issues with VoLTE as reported by users on XDA. They did receive a hotfix later (ZRKN) but is uncertain if all issues regarding VoLTE have been fixed.

Given the usage of VoLTE in India due to Jio and the fact that it is the main source of calling, the update must have been postponed.
For other countries, VoLTE might not matter much as they could perhaps just switch to regular calling unlike us on Jio.

Therefore, this could be the reason why it's delayed. To capture bugs and make the update stable before releasing to us.

Could be the case bro.. but should a company like samsung have problems with thus minor thing...Even Motorola had started seeding Android Pie... That's something.

reason for delay shouldnt be volte but spen related bugs as spen now supports bluetooth and korean beta had air command fc problems. Also goodlock related fixes needs incorporated as goodlock meant for note9 at first.

Yeah as you can see, the coming soon section also has been removed implying it'll take a while to fix the APN/VoLTE related issues fully before the update can be pushed
