Please help with incorrect password

Recently after update i was not able to unlock my phone after update my finger print was not working even the password didnt worked, but somehow after some time it opened i registered my fingerprint again.

 

last month 2 update came, now few days after the second update same thing is happening i am not able to unlock my phone. the service center says you might have forgotten it, i am using the same password and inspite of having fingerprint lock, you have to still enter the password because of the accidental touch. Service center is asking for a factory reset i have all my data there i dont want a factory reset. I need my data

Don't try repeatedly. It might store the recent wrong password. Leave the phone for some time without operating and try after a few hours. This might work
