Phone not accepting correct password or pattern

Yesterday my friend with Samsung A52 was trying to open his phone using pattern lock and it was showing Incorrect pattern again and again but he was sure that it is correct pattern. But eventually we had to factory reset the device.
And today morning I tried to unlock my S20 FE 5G but it said enter pin after 72 hrs and I entered my pin it was showing incorrect pin. I entered again and then showing Incorrect Pin. Then I tried 5 times and then after 30 seconds I tried my secure folder pin and then it worked. I don't know if its happening with anyone else or not but when I checked security setttings my 2 fingerprints were missing and only one Fingerprint was there which I added to my secure folder lock.
Please comment your views on this and let me know

This shouldn't be happen, however till now i didn't face any issues like that.

If you are facing the issue then kindly send the error log to Samsung team by Samsung members app > get help > error report

Same issue happened on my a32. What i done is , clicked volume up down and power button same time for force shutdown and device restarted.then the issue solved. Remote unlock feature was turned off in my device so i cant unlock device through samsung device care portal. Now its turned on. Keep your remote access settings configured. Thanks!!

Yes, happened on my s 20 fe 5g as well. Got confused for whole hour and found solution on youtube as mentioned by Shyam_AKS_99975. We need to force restart by press and hold of volume down and power button together. It will restart. Now you can enter your correct password and it should work like charm. Cheers!!!
