Hello Samsung users, please reply me. I have S24 black color model. I want to change back panel and frame with another color. Is that possible? There is no physical damage. Please help me.

Yeah it is possible go to tour nearest service center they will charge for the frame but they can keep your phone like 15 days

But they are saying no. Without physical damage they can't change. I want to pay for it then what's the problem to them, I can't understand
