Good day. I am reaching out to you today to express my concerns regarding the recent degradation in the camera quality of my Samsung S23 smartphone. I purchased this device less than a month ago, and I have noticed a significant increase in noise and a decrease in the overall quality of my photos since the most recent software update.

After conducting my own research, I have discovered that Samsung has a history of planned obsolescence, which involves intentionally reducing the quality of older models over time. I am disappointed to learn that this may be the case with my S23, and I hope that Samsung will take action to address this issue and restore the quality of my camera to its original state.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. This is very common with Samsung. Thats why i will switch to pixel phones next time.
