Photos are completely blurred when used with zoom on S23 Ultra

I see some issue while taking pictures with zoom, it is completely blurred. Is anyone else facing this issue ?

This happens for all photos from 10x zoom onwards

No issue wirh lens as zoom only has issues after 10

Well zooming lens (telephoto) has ois optical stabilization and it the device is vibrated/shaked for too long the ois may get damaged. You better visit service center.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly check the physical condition of your camera lens.

● Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe to clean the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
