What is the use of updating mobile software from service centre??

If you are facing any issue while device software update then we recommend visiting the service center for device software update. Software update in service center will erase all the device data so it's better to take device data backup before visiting service center.

Hey @SamsungIndia, my A80 is still facing major battery drain and excessive heating issues even after the security update on 3rd June 2023. Can you please address this as soon as possible? It's seriously affecting the device's performance. #SamsungA80 #BatteryIssues #HeatingProblem
