I've been having an issue with my Samsung S24. Every time I restart my phone, I get a pop-up for recommended applications. I don't use this bloatware, but it tries to forcefully download every time. It's really frustrating. Has anyone else experienced

I din get any.. tap and see if it asks for installing apps. If it installs automatically let it install and remove it after.

Once you are done with it, it won't ask again.

When I open it, it shows two applications: Samsung Store and Remote Support, along with an "OK" button. There's no way to cancel it. I don't use this bloatware.

Samsung store is not a bloatware. Its an alternate to play store. And apps that are samsung specific can only be downloaded from Samsung store.

Remote support is used to connect with support when there are issues in phone. Both apps must be already installed on your phone.

I recommend installing if it weren't. Disable it after if you won't require.

You said it's store. Anyways, don't install.

I bought s24 on Samsung store. Only here I got better value for exchange of my old phone. Exchanged for 45000 including exchange bonus. And there are many offers available in it as well. If you are looking for any devices later you should definitely look once in samsung shop.

Install both app and then go to application and delete the app data and disable the app too. Including an app " Appcloud"

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you kindly follow the below-given steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly tap on the notification and hold for 3-4 seconds, after that, you get the option to remove the notification or disable the notification setting/turn off the notification.

Turn off the Auto-update option: Open Galaxy Store, and then tap the Menu icon (the three horizontal lines), in the bottom right corner. Tap the Settings icon (it looks like a gear), and then tap Auto-update apps. Select your desired setting( Never disable the option).

Turn off the Auto- downloading app option: Go to Settings - Apps - Galaxy Store - Mobile Data > Allow background data usage: toggle it off. Now go back one step and select Change system settings - Allow permission- Toggle it off. Go back a step again, Select Install unknown apps - Allow from this source- Toggle it off.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
