Please help me to fix this problem i can't uninstall any app after this Problem

Old phones or low storage problem reset your phone before reset backup your data to cloud storage/external storage (once time do restart your phone)If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks

Bruh you just need to clear data of the package installer under system apps in the settings 😑 then restart your phone and its done

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
