Got my S24 Ultra and was stumped not to find individual categories on the application info screen. I simply abhor the notification abuse by Truecaller and turning off its individual notification categories is the first thing I do. Anyhow, after some digging around in the Settings app I found the option which is disabled by default.
Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > {Scroll down to bottom} Manage notification categories for each app {Enable}
Done and dusted and now no SMS notification sound from Truecaller.
