I previously enrolled in the One UI beta program but have since withdrawn to switch to the stable version. However, Smart Switch on my desktop does not recognize my device as being on the beta, and the option to update to the stable version or downgrade is unavailable. I contacted customer support, but they were unable to provide a solution. Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone know how to update to the stable release?
P.S. I am aware that I can manually install the stable version using Odin, but this will void the warranty.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Hello, I had registered for beta one ui 7 for my S23 but after registering I never downloaded it, after registering I got a security update which I did. Now I am trying for stable update but the update is not coming. Beta update is still showing available in my phone.
