S23 ultra after one UI 7 update is really worst..I don't like the update and now I don't like my phone..the phone was very slow and background apps are closing instantly so hard to use previous apps from the same page we left..camera quality poor etc etc..simple samsung wasted my phone

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fixed by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept it as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I have a Samsung a55 5g phone, 6 months ago I purchased it and I recently updated it to the latest update of android 15 and one ui 7 but I am facing a problem that when I call someone there is no vibrate when the call is answered and even when I end the call there is no vibrate, I have enabled everything in call alert in settings but it is not vibrating

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

1. Galaxy device lagging issue: ● Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

● Check RAM in your device: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Close Background Apps.

● Remove third-party applications.

● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

● Remove third-party accessories.

● Kindly disable Power saving mode( if enable).

2. Galaxy device camera issue: ● Kindly check the physical condition of your camera lens, such as broken camera lens or scratchy camera lens.

● Kindly camera lens cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Only way to deal with problem is to shift from samsung to other brands.
Samsung has become CHEAP!
