I have an s21 fe snapdragon version,i was a person who updates my phone until i got a green line in my phone.Recently in april after 10 or 14 days of updating i got green lines in my phone and thankfully i got my display changed free of cost(paid 502₹ labor cost).

But my question is if i get lines in my phone one more time will you guys change my display again for free?because after last time's incident i haven't updated my phone as of today(14-june-2025),my phone is still in march security version.

So does anyone know that samsung has repaired green line issue more than once for free?
.Does samsung has that kind of service history?

Now one ui 7 is getting rolled in every phones and here i am still in old version because of fear. These so called brands promote their products saying they will give you updates for 3 years,5 years,7 years etc...but what use are those updates if consumer gets troubled?

Now I'm not risking my phone by updating it,because last time i was troubled so much even if it was cost free service, because for 7 days i had no phone,if it was other brand like vivo etc...they'll just inspect the device for dents and scratches and in just 3hours they'll give you back your device repaired free of cost.

I want one ui 7 in my phone too but
i want an assurance that after i update my phone i will not get troubled by green line and even if i get lines they'll replace my display for free like they did last time!
Can someone from samsung reply to this?
