Apparently samsung has already rolled out the update for south africa but the reason why we don't have it yet is because of our network carriers

So what ever network you are on for example telkom.. they have to release the update to your phone but the update is already rolled out from the samsung servers

The rollout began on April 7 but will take more time to get to other countries. The first rollout on April 7 is ONLY for South Korea. Other countries to follow days or weeks after the 7th of April. Safe to say South Africa will be one of the last countries to receive the update probably at the end of April
