Smart Switch works for all Samsung devices running Android 4.3 and up. I used it when the update dropped for S24 Ultra cause my OTA got stuck and wouldn't finish or restart, so I used Smart Switch to reset it, basically.
It usually goes to EU, ASIA, INDIA, USA, then makes its way to Africa, which takes give or take 2 to 8 weeks after initial release in South Korea to release in SA.
