This is not a new feature it is already there in my j7 max on nougat at Samsung experience 8.1. Only the name is changed in one ui nothing new is there

This thing is already there in Nougat... Not a new feature...

And this actions never helps to keep phone smooth or fast, rather makes slower and drains much more battery.

Because every time it closes or deletes any "sleeping" app or "unused" file(s),... The phone will have to work again to run those apps, and create those files.... Thus, draining more battery.
