OTT apps not working after February update on s21 ultra

After February update, none of the OTT apps like Netflix, prime video or hotstar are working. This needs to be fixed.

Here's what I posted;
Hi,

Here's my story.

Yesterday morning, my phone was working just fine, could stream from all apps. After the update i got this problem of video playback error. The following was displayed in the respective apps; (Bare in mind I have got a 500 mbps network wifi connection)

1. Netflix : kept loading, didn't play any video.

2. Amazon prime : Video decryption error.

3. Disney plus : PL 1001

Now I tried the following steps on my own and nothing happened;

1. Restart the phone,

2. Clear data and cache of the 3 apps in question.

3. Uninstall and re-install,

4. Uninstall updates of Android Web View and reinstalled them,

5. Clear phone's temporary files,

6. Reset all phones permissions,

7. Cleared all phone's cache

Now when I contacted samsung customer care's technical staff, they were so under knowledged that they couldn't even understand what I was trying to say and told me to factory reset. I didn't do that as I knew that the problem is with the update not with the device.

Imagine buying a $1100 device and not getting proper support and to every question the answer becomes a factory reset.

Hope people who are facing the same issue connect here and raise the concerns so that samsung comes out from under the rock and solve this **bleep** as imagine a device on which you can't stream from any app other than YouTube lol.
