In one 6 when we switch to power saving mode network will be changed to 4G but in UI 7 beta it will remain in 5G only. So not sure how much effectively it will save power. Also heating problem is there in it, battery draining fast.

The Samsung S24 Ultra's power-saving mode behavior has changed with the UI 7 beta update. Previously, switching to power-saving mode would drop the network from 5G to 4G, but now it remains on 5G. This raises concerns about the effectiveness of power saving.

It's not just you, though - many S24 Ultra users have reported battery draining issues, with some experiencing as little as 3-4 hours of screen time with moderate usage. Others have noticed that the battery life is terrible, with the phone lasting only a few hours with minimal use.

Heating problems have also been reported, which might be contributing to the battery drain. It's possible that the phone's processor is working harder than usual, generating more heat and consuming more power.

To mitigate these issues, you can try:

- *Adjusting your network settings*: Manually switch to 4G when you're not using data-intensive apps to conserve power.
- *Disabling unnecessary features*: Turn off location services, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi when not in use to reduce power consumption.
- *Closing resource-intensive apps*: Regularly close apps that consume a lot of power, such as social media or gaming apps.
- *Updating your software*: Ensure you're running the latest software version, as updates often include performance and battery life improvements.

Keep an eye on Samsung's community forums and support pages for potential software updates or patches that might address these issues.
