As per your concern, we want to inform you that you can receive a personalized briefing of specific content that updates throughout the day in brief cards on the Now brief app.
Kindly follow the below given steps to resolve your issue.
● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
● Now brief is active between the user's wake-up time and bedtime (depending on the registered sleep information), but the timing of Now brief notifications can vary depending on various factors.
● To customize the Now brief: Settings > Galaxy AI > Now brief > Content to include > select contents to display
● To accesses the Now brief: From the Now brief widget: From the Edge panel - Edge panel (by swiping left from the right edge panels area on the screen) > tap ‘Now brief’.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
