I recently switched over from iOS to Android and I am stillearning about it.
I was using my BT headset with my phone when I realised that sounds like message notifications, phone lock/unlock sounds don't come from the phone when a BT headset is connected. It only comes via the headset. Call notifications can be heard both from the headset and phone but message notifications are heard only via the headset. When I Googled I noticed this has been going on since Android 9. So is this a glitch or is it a feature that Samsung and Android endorse?
I tried with 2 different headsets and the result is the same. My friends who use Samsung devices have mentioned the same issue. Not sure about other Android devicez but I guess this is prominent in Samsung devices.
