Same issue here. I think it was after the update in April that the Fast Charging issue happened. I have both the 25 and 45 watt adapters. Fast Charge doesn't work on either of those. I specifically remember Fast Charging working when I got the phone.
HiI tried with 2 different headsets and the result is the same. My friends who use Samsung devices have mentioned the same issue. Not sure about other Android devicez but I guess this is prominent in Samsung devices.
