Hi,

I just bought a S10 Lite a few days back and I am having a problem with the earphone. While listening to music using earphones I hear white noise at random times. Something we hear under magnetic/electrical interference. And today suddenly the earphone stopped working and when I replayed the song it was playing through the phone speaker. I could see some notification for the USB-C headset. Please find the attached screenshot of the same. By the way, I checked the earphone on another phone, it worked fine.

Any suggestions/comments in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I feel 3.5mm headphone jack is much better in these situations.

Why on Earth you're all over the community forums redirecting all issues to samsung members app?! Are you a spammer or just like to annoy people?
