Notification panel transparent in dark mode

This changed with one UI 6 update. The transparent notification panel looks so unpleasant to the eye. I keep dark mode on all the time, doesn't make sense that the transparent notification panel will appear in dark mode. It should be always adaptable to the theme. Please revert this crappy change.

Go to settings > tap Search icon > and Search this settings > turn of

It doesn't work. This setting is for something else. Samsung needs to fix this colour problem.
