Notification issue

After every restart, I get the following 2 notifications. These notifications cannot be blocked. Please allow to block these notifications or do not show these notifications. Screenshot attached.

You just Hate Samsung for no Reason 😒. Just long click a notification to turn it off, and if it cannot be turned off, then just update the apps, it's better for you and your device.
