Notification category missing

What happened to the notification categories for the apps?

Now, it's turn on or off the notifications and no other option is present. How to fix it?

Turn on manage notification categories for each app by searching in settings

Go to settings=== notifications=== advanced settings=== scroll down to and turn on notification categories for each app.

Path: Settings >Notifications > Advance settings > switch on (Manage Notifications category for each app).

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
