Notification blocked issue

I use dictionary.com app. I am not able to turn on the notification toggle as it shows all notifications from this app are blocked. What is more puzzling is the app is not even shown in the app notification settings. Please help me if any of you have faced similar issue with the same or the other apps and found solution

Why dictionary.com app need notifications anyway 😅

Why not use Samsung dictionary

Thank you for the response. Notification is required for word of the day and synonym of the day

Just installed app to test it out looks like there is no notification 🙃 feature here

I see synonym of the day notification in app but, it's not showing in settings 😕

That toggle is greyed out... The app is not even displayed in app notification section
