Use your level U..with some other device and check if its working or not..if its working with other device then there might be some issue with the S10+ bluetooth connection..
(First confirm it)..
Then, try some other steps..like rest network settings(you will find this setting under general management)
or
clear bluetooth storage cache and data
or
Completely Unpair your level U and pair it again..

Note: Few users already complained about level u bluetooth connection issue..

bluetooth devices sometimes needs to be reset prior to pair with a new device . follow the instructions to reset the level U bluetooth than try to connect

METHOD 1

Turn off the Samsung Bluetooth device ( level U )

Press and hold the volume key. Press and hold the power key. Simultaneously hold both buttons for five seconds.

Release both buttons.

Press the power button to turn on the Samsung Bluetooth device.

Method 2

Step 1
Hold down the “Talk” button on the Samsung Bluetooth headset until that button is solid and not flashing, which should take roughly three seconds. This places your headset in Pairing mode.
Step 2
Hold down both of the volume buttons on the Samsung Bluetooth headset.
Step 3
Hold down the “Talk” button while still holding down both volume buttons for three seconds. The headset will turn off briefly before turning back on.
