Galaxy SInitially, I faced issues, worked with IT help desk and they fixed the issue. Not sure what was the problem. Post that, I was able to add.

Galaxy SI am not able to create work profile in my newly purchased Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Hence, not able to access company applications from my new device. when i try to login to intune company portal in this device, It gives the error: Can't create work profile. Contact It admin
I checked with company IT admin. firstly, they checked the security patch level, device update status and tried. Problem remained same. after that, they suggested Factory reset as last resort. I tried with Factory reset as well. However, it also didnt worked. after that, They asked me to try with my old device (One plus nord 2 Ce). Work profile was created normally by using intune company portal. I also checked with the phone of my collegue (Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra). in this device as well, work profile was created normally through Intune Company Portal. then My company IT team suggested that, the work profile is being created in other mobiles with my specific ID and its not happening in the new S25 Ultra only. Hence, they suggested this as device specific problem and suggested me to contact the Mobile manufacturer customer support.
I visited local samsung service center. They suggested that, if we feed software through computer of service center, problem might go off. Again, my mobile phone was erased, software was fed in mobile through their computer. after this as well, problem remained same. Now, service center guy is asking me to send the mobile device to Kathmandu for review. they also say that the problem may be with the motherboard as well. I am worried that: they can open my new phone. I am concerned to send the mobile device. Because, problem seems to be the software related problem and they are saying that they need to check the motherboard.
Once, i also got a error message:
Work profile setup may be unavailable
We might run into problems setting up your work profile because we can't connect to google. Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact your support person.
If Android Enterprise services aren't available in your region, ask your support person about other options.
This all has happened in 1 months time. I am still not able to use my new device for work.
I never expected such problem in highest model of samsung. This is very poor experience with samsung mobile and samsung service support.
Please help me out.
