Galaxy SToday 7th December, again no update for S22 Ultra.
Samsung usually doesn't release update on weekends, so now we have to wait till next week, even then there's no guarantee because Samsung didn't specify any date for the update to be released, so it could even be end of December. We will never know because they don't tell us.
This is terrible from Samsung. This phone cost 5000 AED when it was released and now Samsung is making a fool of their loyal customers by giving no communication and releasing the update for all other models and other countries except S22 in Gulf region.
I was considering upgrading to S24 Ultra when released but I am seriously thinking about going to a different brand because of this.

Galaxy SYou are right bro. All users were excited when OneUI 6 beta program was finished, but it has been more than 1 month since beta has ended and now all S22 users are just frustrated from the lack of support.
Samsung Gulf support is only good for telling you to go to the service center for any issue. They don't even realise what we are asking. How can service center install an update which is not even released for Gulf region yet???

Galaxy S1. There should be beta program for middle east and china to address language related development issues.
2. Updates for a given model should be released on the same day for all the countries.
3. Update priority should be based on released year and premium/midrange/budget category.

Galaxy SI previously using iPhone 13 Pro Max & decided to give it to my wife & give a try to samsung due to there so-called good software support & look how good software support really is appreciated 👏👏👏
