I have no received any update since I registered for beta version now the same had been ended and all models have received the updates after beta version......but unfortunately I did not received in my phone i.e. S21 ultra 5G...India
Please guide me..

You can update your smartphone using the FOTA method:

Please ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)

App's screen>>Settings>>software update>>download and install>>Checking for a software update>>Software update available>>download>>Downloading updates>>install now.

Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
Or you can install software through:

How to perform software update via smart switch PC.
Step1: Connect your mobile phone via USB cable.
Step2: Tap on update (If available).
Step3: Tap on continue.
Step4: Tap on all confirmed.
Step5: Downloading software update.
Note: It will take some time to update the device software.

If your issue will be not resolved, please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

Note. please attach the error log file within 15 minutes of the error occurring.

Its Jan 2023 and still didnt receive one ui 5 on my s21 plus 5g sm-g996u1 model unlocked. Since back when i was at UAE i manually used to check. Even while coming to India and being here for days i didnt received one ui 5 yet. Its just me facing this issue taking an international verison of this model and caused problem for myself. I just wanted snap verson of this model rather than exynos now after purchasing this software updates has been so delayed for my device and such a pain. So disappointed.
