Galaxy S1. Open your phone application. At the right corner, you will see three dots. Click on them.
2. At the top, you will see the option "Call Screening". Click on it, then scroll down. You will see the option "Auto Call Screening". Turn off that toggle. Now your unknown call will not automatically go on call screening.
3. Here, during the call first, you can choose whether to put call screening or not 🙏
So from now, you will get the ringtone for unknown caller 📞👍

As per your query, we want to share some troubleshooting steps which may resolve the issue.
When Auto screen calls is turned on, suspected spam, phishing, or unknown calls are screened automatically.
1. Tap Phone app.
2. Tap More options icon.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Call screening.
5. Select Auto screen calls.
6. Turn on Auto screen calls and select types of calls you want to screen.
In this you can either turn this option off or select which type of calls you want to auto screen.
After performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly get back to us with additional information Error log file, video or screenshots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application :-
Open Samsung Members Application > Support > Tap on error report > Type your query > Send.
