One UI 6 beta has not started. Also you can connect US VPN and open Samsung members for US however I assure you, you won't be able to participate in US beta without a valid US sim.
Another simple way will be...head over to XDA and see if someone has shared those builds then you can flash using Odin. But you have to flash every build manually.

When i contact Samsung USA Customer support, they ask to contact Samsung India Customer Support and vice versa. I don't know who to contact now. 😂 This is a non ending loop or what? 😂😂
