As you have already visited the service center and they have indicated that there is no issue with your device's battery, I understand that your concerns have not yet been resolved. To assist you further, we kindly request that you share the log files related to the issue you are experiencing with your device. Additionally, if possible, please include any video clips and images that can provide a clearer understanding of the problem.
This additional information will greatly assist us in our investigation and help us to resolve your issue more effectively.
To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
