Recently, I have replaced my S20 FE phone battery from service centre,and it's screen on time on Full Charge is of maximum 6hrs and sometimes goes below the mentioned time also.I am confuse ,is it normal for new battery or something is wrong with the battery? Because my other 1 year old phone gives more backup than this.

I also visited the service centre and they told nothing is wrong with the battery.What should i do?

Let it calibrate but do check with service center as well

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

@cs_member10 , How can someone send the battery problem error log if it is not giving proper backup? And how can i include video and images.If new battery not working properly.Please help on this

Nobody will do anything, dear. I purchased S20 FE 4G on 22 December 2020. From the very first day, I experienced overheating (it comes written on the display that phone overheated), superfast battery drainage, and slower charging at the time of overheating. Purchased it from the Samsung store. Complaint the next day. They checked and didn't take back but rather redirected me towards the service center. Till July 2021, I, along with this S20 FE 4G, visited samsung service center around 8-10 times and finally it was concluded that "ये फोन ही ऐसा है, इसमें ये होना सामान्य घटना है "। Yesterday only visited to get battery replaced but service centre individual advised that battery backup will be improved around 2-3%. There would not be any significant change in battery drainage and overheating issues. So, I denied it to replace and saved around 2500-3000 rs.
This is the condition of an MNC like Samsung towards Indian consumers.

Yes ,you are saying absolutely correct.As this battery comes with 3 months replacement warranty inspite of this they are making excuses to not replace the battery.And i have shown the battery health which is not upto the mark .After all these they are not replacing the battery
